Another Wonderful Time With Louie!

Tai and Marissa helped sweet Louie Zamperini with his book signing for -- Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand and his book Devil at My Heels for a second Thursday in a row. Olympic Swimming Great John Naber organized the event. It was hosted once again by Ron & Brandon Salisbury, this time at  the Canary Restaurant in Newport Beach. It was so inspiring that the line was around the building for hours -- and sadly many were turned away. What a beautiful gift that people never stop loving heroes and that Louie gets to see the incredible response to his story...and know he is so beloved and inspiring...We are indeed blessed to know him and cherish every moment shared. We love and thank you Louie -- our hero!

Lunch with Louie - and John Naber Too!

Tai and Marissa had a special lunch with Louie and other pal and Olympian swimmer & second most decoratd medalist in one Olympics --  John Naber. It turned into a celebration for Louie's 94th birthday! It was a great time for Marissa who decalred John -- "Michael Phelps before Michael Phelps!"

Today Marissa got to meet Tai's most precious friend Louie Zamperini at his home in the Hollywood Hills! His story is one of the most inspiring in American history! War hero and Olympian -- if you don't know it or haven't read his story -- it's out in several books that are MUST READS!!!!
