Auberge Du Pere Bise Pastries...


We couldn't come back to Talloires without going to the very famous pastry shop Auberge Du Pere Bise. It happens to have a #1 Michelin Star. We even got to meet Frank, the pastry chef. This seems to be a running theme with us -- eating pastries and meeting chefs. For our last day we had chocolat fondants (yes plural) and their famous macaroons.
