Marissa Wanted "Dinner In-A-Hut"

And she got it! The day before we saw this charming restaurant and went back for dinner. It did not disappoint. Simple. Delicious. For our last night in Capri we had to have a Caprese Salad-- the "Salad of Capri."

Insalata Caprese

4 large vine ripe tomatoes, sliced
1 pound fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
sea salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper to taste
On a large platter arrange tomato and mozzarella slices and basil leaves, alternating and overlapping them. Sprinkle drizzle with oil oil. Season with sea salt and pepper.
