While we have had our share of margaritas, mojitos, sangria, and tequila -- the drink of the vacation this year has been the Mud Slide. We recommend one a day with a smile!!!
Mud Slide Recipe
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Kahlua
1 oz. Bailey Irish Cream
I oz. Cream
1 cup crushed ice
chocolate syrup to drizzle inside glass
whip cream (optional)
Drizzle glass with chocolate syrup. In a blender, combine vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream liqueur, and crushed ice. Drizzle in Chocolate syrup. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with whipped cream if desire.
Note: May also substitute vanilla or coffee ice cream and blend.
