Song of the Week
Norma's Favorite song Besame Mucho has been the song we keep hearing everywhere we go! She has loved it!
Familiar Faces...
Las Palamas on the Malecon is always a stop when in downtown Puerto Vallarta because from year to year we get to see the familiar faces of the sweet staff that work there!

Orange ~ Vaca Color
Long before orange was noted as the fashion color of the season, Norma was on an orange kick this year with a purse, sweater, T's and more. She has carried it in to our vacation and it's spilled over to Tai in her clothes, swimsuits and even her toes.
Art Walk
The heart of Puerto Vallarta's Centro Historico is alive with art galleries showcasing paintings, sculptures, ceramics, and photography produced by emerging artists mixed with masters. You can stroll the cobblestone streets from October through May every Wednesday as the galleries host an ""Art Walk" complete with cocktails and Mexican hospitality. misc. pics I recommend ending the experience with dinner at Cafe des Artistes -- one of my favorite spots in PV!

Villa Amor
Sayulita's Villa Amor is simply mesmerizing. From the moment you arrive, you are greeting by the whoosh of the waves and salsa music filling the air. Perched on the hill, it's an alcove of paradise.
Don Pedro's the the Cuccione Family
| Come all the way to Mexico to see friends from Vancouver. Tai was happy for her mom to share time with a special family she feels a part of. We shared lunch at Don Pedro's, a fabulous little restaurant on the main beach in Sayulita. Tai loves the food as the chef used to work at some of her favorite spots at home in California. |

Oh Sayulita!
Puerto Vallarta wouldn't be complete without a trip to Sayulita! I love this charming colorful little beach town.

Succulent Mango!
Mango is without a doubt one of my favorite fruits. And you won't find a place where it's more succulent than in Mexico! Fabulous in a margarita, salad, salsa, or smoothie -- I like it best just peeled al la natural. I bite into it letting the juices run down my chin and I am in heaven! Mangos are sold all around town cut cut a little lime and chili on top for added flavor.

Hacienda San Angel
Hacienda San Angel is a must see in Puerto Vallarta! Breath-taking tropical gardens surround this boutique hotel. While it would be a dream to stay in, I recommend brunch or dinner. The hotel is perched high above the narrow cobblestone streets offering an incredibly view of the renowned Guadalupe Church straight through to the ocean. The Swiss Chef has an open kitchen that prepares food that is presented as luscious as it tastes.

Tequila Tasting at Mama Lucia
A fun day trip about an hour outside of Puerto Vallarta is Mama Lucia's Hacienda.
Tai & Norma sampled eight flavors of tequila -- and then had a margarita to top it off.
Beautiful setting.
